William Fangmann is a vampire who lives in a penthouse located in Bridgeport. He lives with five roommates. He works in the Law Enforcement career track level 3 as a traffic cop. He is enemies with Wogan Hemlock and Apollo Bloom and best friends forever with Elvira Slayer and Morrigan Hemlock.

He lives in the "Drama on TV household" and is either friends, distant friends or acquaintances with every one in the household, with the exception of Apollo Bloom whom no one likes. His bio states that he enjoys playing with his roommates "Weak" minds, since they are human and vampires can easily manipulate humans. He has a very muscular body possibly to fortify the idea that vampires are very strong and powerful.

Trivia

• William is enemies with Wogan, this may be because criminals dislike Law Enforcement officials (Wogan is a criminal and William enforces the Law). However, he is not enemies (even best friends forever) with Morrigan Hemlock despite the 2 careers being opposites of each other and Morrigan having the Evil trait while Wogan doesn't.
• He is one of the few vampires who doesn't possess the Evil trait. He also has the hidden Can Apprehend Burglar trait.
• He is a "neighbor who welcomes you to the neighborhood" if you move into Floodgate Apartments, along with Suzy Strummer and Katelyn Missoni
