Willow Carlson is one of the pre-made NPC carpool drivers who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two carpool drivers are Ravi Ternynck and Tyson Bertino. Like all carpool drivers, she can't be made playable without cheats. Willow has long red hair in pigtails, light blue eyes, and light skin. She is a Fortune Sim with the Gemini zodiac sign. As far as personality, Willow is extremely neat, very nice, and a little bit playful. But she is very shy and quite lazy.

When it comes to Willow's skill points, she is close to maximizing the charisma and logic skills, and is well on the way towards maximizing the cooking and creativity skills. She is mostly interested in Money and Work. Willow has the same facial structure as Jan Tellerman from Pleasantview. She can easily be cloned in Create a Sim with debugging mode on. Willow's lifetime want and turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no lifetime want and turn ons/offs. Often going unnoticed, she has 28 personality points, instead of the usual 25.
