Akira Wang is a pre-made NPC repairman who lives in Starlight Shores, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 3: Showtime. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Akira has mastered his Handiness skill. Like other NPCs, Akira doesn't know any relationships of Starlight Shores. His female counterpart is Megan Clever.
