Arcadia Carr is a pre-made obedience trainer who appears in every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Pets, which is shipped with The Sims 2: Pets expansion pack. The other two obedience trainers are Lainey Custer and Autumn Raha. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her.

Arcadia has the same facial structure as Anna Bristow. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown before it turned grey. Arcadia's name is randomized when Pets is generated. The name "Arcadia Carr" is only referenced in the game files.

Despite being a Knowledge Sim, Arcadia has the lifetime want to reach the top of the Military career. This want makes her compatible, at least in theory, with a Popularity Sim, though she would have better chemistry with a Family or Fortune Sim.
