Betty Goldstein is a pre-made Sim featured in Riverblossom Hills, the neighborhood introduced in Seasons. She lives with her best friend, Catherine Viejo, her deceased best friend's son Andrew Martin, and his son, Jacob.

She is the first pre-created Sim to have family ties so distant that she doesn't recognize them as family (another example of this is Natasha Una). Her first cousins, once removed, are Sandra and Xander Roth, through her first cousin, Morty Roth.

Her bio indicates that she is supposed to start a romantic relationship with Leod McGreggor though she doesn't have a crush on him at the start of the game, or vice-versa. Also judging by her bio, she is somewhat of a workaholic. When the family is first played, Betty is on her 2nd day as an elder, and is 10 days away from dying of old age.

According to Betty's SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was brown, before it turned grey. However, the Viejo family storytelling images showcase her hair as blonde, which indicates that her hair was dyed. Betty also has the memory of doing WooHoo with Mystery Sim, which is very uncommon for a pre-made playable Sim.
