Beverly Castor is the matriarch of the Castor Family, living in Twinbrook, the neighborhood featured in The Sims 3: Ambitions.

She is implied to have met her husband through a dating website. On the third date he proposed and now they are married and have two sons. When the game starts, Beverly is friends with her younger son Thomas, but is enemies with her older son, Jeffrey. Beverly's hairstyle, like Eva Drudge's, is only available by using the makeover station or cheats (unlockoutfits on).

The Castor family is implied to be a stereotypical 1950's suburban family that believes in good morals and traditional values, with the wife following the will of the husband, as Beverly's own biography implies. This also justifies why Beverly is a stay-at-home mom. It seems that the Castors' believe in stereotypical gender roles, with Beverly being a housewife and her husband Robert working a full time job.

Although she does not have the bookworm trait, her biography hints that she would like some time for book reading too.
