Bruce Kimbrell is one of the pre-made NPC bartenders who resides in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. The other two bartenders are Dagmar Midlock and Ratna Bruenig. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Bruce has short brown hair, dark blue eyes and dark skin. He is a Fortune Sim with the Gemini zodiac sign. As far as personality, Bruce is very playful and somewhat nice. But he is very lazy, and somewhat sloppy and shy.

When it comes to Ratna's skill points, he has maximized the body skill, is close to maximizing the cleaning skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the mechanical skill. He is mostly interested in Environment, Food, Money, Fashion, and Travel. Bruce has the same facial structure as Oliver Phelps. Sometimes if he is made playable, his PlumbBob will be inside him, instead of above his head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2. Bruce's pre-destined hobby is Cuisine.
