Cleve Tse is one of the pre-made NPC police officers who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two police officers are Mallory Haggerty and Joseph Wilkie. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Cleve has medium-length black hair in a helmet cut, light blue eyes, and medium skin. He is a Popularity Sim with the Leo zodiac sign. As far as personality, Cleve is very neat and outgoing, and somewhat playful. But he is somewhat lazy and grouchy.

When it comes to Cleve's skill points, he has maximized the body skill, and is on his way towards maximizing the cooking and charisma skills. He is mostly interested in Weather, Money, Fashion, Sports, and Work. Cleve has the same facial structure as Thomas Traver.
