Dave Ramsey is a pre-made townie from Sunset Valley in The Sims 3. He doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in. He and Thornton Wolff have the same hairstyle and sideburns.

He shares the same name as a real life American financial author named David L. "Dave" Ramsey III. It's unknown if this was an intentional reference.

If story progression is left on, he will always move into a vacant lot and live with Gage Briody and Artie Page.
