Ansel Moneygrubb II AKA "Junior", is an original spellcaster (creation of LexxBlix/AedanStarfang) residing in Willow Creek in the Sims 4. Junior's namesake stems from the fact that he bears a striking resemblance to his father, Ansel. A future version of Junior, now calling himself "Ansel Moneygrubb the II" resides in a mansion with his family in San Myshuno, having become a multimillionaire.

Being a Spellcaster virtuoso, Junior has already mastered a number of spells and has the "slinger of spells" trait, he also has the "Shameless" and "Observant" traits.

Life leading up to the Sims 4[edit | edit source]

Junior grew up along with his four teenage siblings at Magnolia Park in Willow Creek. Junior was born a decade-plus prior to the start of the Sims 4, at the Sims 4 General Hospital around the same time that Dahlia Widowshild gave birth to Nephilim, though the two are not twins.

Being an evil sim, Junior often enjoyed getting into trouble and causing problems for others, particularly sims whom he viewed as "goody-two-shoes". Also being a goofball made it easy for Junior to make friends, and relate to others. Junior is part of several social clubs; one being a club for teen spellcasters and another "Moneygrubb Teens" that is an exclusive-family based club that only allows male relatives of a certain age to join. Junior is best friends for life with his step-nephew and fellow club memberJasper Harp, and good friends with Carver and Elyon Wordsmith, and good friends with his brothers Allen and Edgar Moneygrubb who lead the club.

At some point in time, Ansel sent Junior off to a private school in Glimmerbrook, where he would receive proper spellcaster training, which could not be achieved at a normal sim school. By the time Ansel had purchased and bulldozed Magnolia Blossom, Junior returned from boarding school to move back in with his family. Junior had already mastered several spells, and had acquired the very rare 'Velid' familiar, whom he named Nether and frequently has sustained into the world.

Other Depictions[edit | edit source]

In the Sims 4: Smithbergson Family youtube series by AedanStarfang, Junior is friends with most of the Smithbergson siblings with the exception of O'Donnell whom he dislikes. He often enjoys just hanging out with his friends; Ezekiel, Davey-Crockett & Kirkpatrick Smithbergson and playing video games, though he is almost always willing to go out and about with the group.

In the series, he also shares sort of a strange sibling rivalry with Nephilim often competing with each other in such games as darts over the affections of Ezekiel, and at one point Junior actually had a few dates with Ezekiel though the relationship went nowhere and it was quickly forgotten by the next episode. Junior does seem to have a liking for Melody Smithbergson, and often calls her to hangout and seems to genuinely enjoy her company.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • As of the 01-21-2021 HDD Reset; Dahlia Widowshild is Junior's full mother.
  • The explanation for Junior being the only spellcaster in the family is easily solved when one learns that his great-great-great-great grandfather Corvus Bloodshy was a spellcaster, and the traits seems to skip 3-4 generations and will manifest randomly in the fifth or so generation.
  • Junior's parentage is only partially known; his father is Ansel Moneygrubb for certain however his family tree lacks a mother. Thus his stepmother; Dahlia Widowshild, is the closest to a mother figure he has ever known. [Deprecated]
  • Despite being considered a fraternal twin to Nephilim, he was not born from the same mother, not to mention Dahlia was not a spellcaster and neither was Nephilim while Junior was born a spellcaster and likely his birth mother was as well seeing that his father is not one either [Deprecated].
  • It is possible that Junior's mother is Bon Voyager, she is an adult sepllcaster with blond hair, and possess many of the same negative traits as Junior. [Deprecated]
  • If the above is true, that would make Junior and Djinn LeGrimm cousins as Bon and Malefica LeGrimm are sisters. [Deprecated]
  • Junior is left-handed, prefers using wands, and travels via transportalation.
