His parents, [[Brad Burb|Brad]] and [[Tiffany Burb|Tiffany]], are completely different from one another. He is a [[child]], dressed in a red shirt and blue overalls with a blue cap. He loves frogs and playing in the mud. His least favorite subject in school is history. He thinks that his dog, [[Tucker Burb|Tucker]], is the greatest dog in the world. He lives at [[63 Gunther Goth Highway]]. His personality is remarkably different from that in later games.

John and Jennifer appear as young adults in [[Dragon Valley]]. At this point, they are not married yet, and said to set sail before their wedding day, and ended up in Dragon Valley. John and Jennifer's time in Dragon Valley takes place before the birth of Lucy and before the death of Tiffany. However, none of his family members, nor Jennifer's make an appearance in Dragon Valley, though his brother-in-law [[Daniel Pleasant|Daniel]] and his wife [[Mary-Sue Pleasant|Mary-Sue]] appear in [[Sunlit Tides]], coincidentally also appearing as a young couple on vacation. He looks quite similar to how he did in ''The Sims 2'', however his hair is slightly different, he wears an open red shirt over a white t-shirt and he has stubble instead of being clean-shaven.

His parents, [[Brad Burb|Brad]] and [[Tiffany Burb]] are already deceased. He "misses the time he spent in his parents' garden, and wants to carry on the tradition." (weeding, watering plants, etc.) He wears a black jacket over a brown shirt, and khaki pants and he has neat brown hair. When first played, he will want to play with Lucy, have a baby, and see Lucy get an A+.


The Burb family are found in the family bin, so they will have to be moved onto a lot. When the family is first moved onto a lot, he will be 21 days away from becoming an [[elder]], and will have three points of [[Charisma]] and one point of [[Logic]]. Being a Family Sim, he is also very fond of children, and the "have a baby" want will come up often. He has a better [[relationship]] with his daughter Lucy than his wife does, and would probably be happy being a stay-at-home Dad. He is close to becoming fat.

His facial structure is identical to that of the 2nd face template in [[Create a Sim]], except the forehead which sticks out more. John's personality has differed significantly from his original appearance in ''Unleashed''. This could simply be an error on the developer's part, or to show that his personality had matured over time. This happens with several child Sims re-appearing in ''The Sims 2''.

Johnny Burb is a child in the Burb Family in the Sims 1. In the Sims 2, John Burb is a premade sim living in the Pleasantview neighborhood in [[The Sims 2]]. He starts out in the [[family bin]] with his wife [[Jennifer Burb|Jennifer]] and daughter [[Lucy Burb|Lucy]]. He wears a black jacket over a brown shirt, and khaki pants and he has neat brown hair.

===Player stories===

* John and Jennifer live in Pleasntview shopping district were he has a little coffee shop. Lucy lives in Pleasantview with her son!

* In my game, John and Jennifer had a baby girl named Hannah Burb. Their daughter Lucy grew into a teenager, and she currently does not have a boyfriend.

*In my game, the Burbs got a two-story, four bedroom house. John and Jennifer are taking it easy while Lucy has just turned into a teen and will soon have a baby brother or sister.
*Jennifer left John to raise Lucy on his own, and is not that sucsessful. He brought his parents back to life, but that is not doing that well. All Lucy wants is her mommy, and he wants her too. He's now an oceanographer, and is dating a wonderful women named Sharon, who has two teenage sons, but he's still sad. He then proposes to her, and they become pregnant with their only child, a beautiful baby girl named Blakely. Sharon cannot have anymore children, so they adopted a child boy from China with name already, Liang. Sharon is at the top of her career as a lawyer, and John is at the top of his career as an oceanographer.

*In my old game jennifer died leaving john to take care of lucy. Lucy grew into a teen and john became a vampire. Lucy was then killed by a satelite and john starved to death. lol

*John had an affair with Brandi, so Jennifer divorced him. He moved in with brandi and they got married. she is expecting their first child.

*John had an affair with Brandi and he moved in with her and her three sons and helped raise them. Brandi had a little girl named Raine. Jennifer found them together and broke up with John. He was a pretty crappy dad to Lucy anyway so it doesn't really matter. Jennifer got married to a Sim I made (I thought Jennifer Jenkins sounds pretty cool), but she's pregnant with John's child so he's going to have two babies around the same time because Brandi is pregnant again too. Since John's not married anymore, he got engaged to Brandi with their toddler, Raine, giggling behind them. They got married on the front lawn and Brandi kept rubbing her back because she was orange tired. Now, Brandi is going to have their new baby (I want a boy for him, but another girl for her) at 4:00 the next day.

*I decided for John to follow down a dark path. I boolpropped him into a vampire and had him bite Jennifer, Lucy, and their son that had grown into a toddler, Michael. Now the Burbs are all vampires. I have made John evil and he lures townies to their house at the House of Fallen Trees and bites them! My friend did this too and her John bit Mrs. CrumpleBottom, and it crashed her game because Mrs. CrumpleBottom is meant as an OBJECT, not a person!
