Kermit Landgraab is the husband of Kitty Landgraab, father of Chester Landgraab, grandfather of Nancy Landgraab, and great-grandfather of the Malcolm Landgraab who appears in The Sims 3, also the great-great grandfather of Dudley Landgraab and Mimi Landgraab. He seems to be the patriarch of the Landgraab Family featured in The Sims 3. He is probably an ancestor of Malcolm Landgraab IV from The Sims 2, but that isn't definite. The Sims 2 and The Sims 3 feature different branches of the Landgraab Family, but it's not certain if they are related through Kermit, or if the relationship goes further back.

He is also speculated to be the father of Malcolm Langraab I who is seen in The Sims (console) and The Sims Bustin' Out. This would make him the grandfather of Dudley Landgraab, Mimi Landgraab and Malcolm Landgraab II and therefore the ancestor of all of the Landgraabs in The Sims series.

Not much is known about him since he is deceased before the start of The Sims 3, and not mentioned in either The Sims, or The Sims 2. He is buried with his wife, son, and daughter-in-law in Pleasant Rest Graveyard. On many occasions he is usually one of the first ghosts to come out and haunt the graveyard. His traits are: evil, coward, bookworm, workaholic and vegetarian.

Possibly He along with his wife are the founders of the Landgraab family and industries.
