Lilly Phillips is a pre-made, yet unplayable adult mail carrier that can be found through SimPE in Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. Her character file was deleted, making her unplayable. She and Claire Lind are the only pre-made NPCs in the neighborhood. Functioning NPCs are generated when required during the Best in Show story in Free Play mode once the story is over. Her aspiration, personality, interests and skills are left blank.
