Lilly Phillips is a pre-made, yet unplayable adult mail carrier who can be found through SimPE in Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. Her character file was deleted, thus making her unplayable. Lilly Phillips, another NPC from the same neighborhood, shares the same issue. Together with Stacey Miguel and Kana Chen they are the only four pre-made NPCs in Garden Heights. Other functioning NPCs are generated when necessary during the Best in Show story or in Free Play mode once the story is over. Her aspiration, personality, interests and skills are left blank.
