Lucio Zanni is one of the pre-made, yet unplayable ancestral Sims that resided in Veronaville in The Sims 2. He was the husband of Overdone Zanni, the father of Francisca Pantalone (née Zanni), the grandfather of Isabella Monty (née Pantalone), the great grandfather of Bianca, Antonio, and the late Claudio Monty, and the great great grandfather of Romeo, Mercutio, Beatrice, Benedick, and the late Unborn baby Monty.

Lucio's gravestone does not exist within Veronaville, so he can't be made playable without the use of hacks. As a result, the only indication of Lucio's existence is provided by the family tree of his descendants. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was blond before it turned grey.

Lucio has no memories of his wife, and although he has the memory of doing WooHoo with Mystery Sim, he doesn't have the memory of Francisca's birth. So basically apart from the WooHoo memory, he only has Create a Sim memories. Lucio has no skill points or personality points, and if he is resurrected with hacks, he will have a random set of interests.
