Pamela Phelps is one of the pre-made NPC repairmen who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two repairmen are Scot Ebadi and Conrad Lawson. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Pamela has long grey hair, light blue eyes, and light skin.

She is a Family Sim with the Cancer zodiac sign. As far as personality, Pamela is very neat, and quite playful and nice. But she is quite shy and extremely lazy. When it comes to Pamela's skill points, she has maximized the mechanical skill, and is well on the way towards maximizing the cooking skill. She is mostly interested in Weather, Money, and Health. Pamela has the same facial structure as Meadow Ying.

According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned grey. Sometimes if Pamela is made playable, her PlumbBob will be inside her, instead of above her head. This happens with several other NPCs in Life Stories. Pamela's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no turn ons/offs.
