Peponi Muenda is the father to Olive Specter and Willow Nigmos and husband to Lerato Muenda. Peponi is also the maternal grandfather to both Nervous Subject and Ophelia Nigmos. His daughter, Willow, was married to Creon Nigmos, and they had a daughter together, who was named Ophelia. Sadly, both Willow and Creon drowned (before the start of the game). This left their daughter, Ophelia, in the care of her aunt, Olive Specter.

His other daughter, Olive Specter, is quite an interesting woman. She was married three times; to Hugh Thanasia, Rigger Mortis, and Ichabod Specter. She was also left at the altar, by Earl E. DeMise. Suspiciously, each one of her lovers died soon after their wedding and are buried (in addition to various NPCs, such as the delivery boy) in the cemetery on her lot. In her memories, you see that Olive did WooHoo with the Grim Reaper, who possibly fathered her son; Nervous Subject. When Nervous was young, he was taken away by child services, and later adopted by Circe Beaker and Loki Beaker. After the suspicious drownings of Olive's sister, Willow, and brother-in-law, Creon, Olive Specter took over care of her orphaned niece, Ophelia.

Peponi has the same face template as Omar Matlapin
