Sammy Jeckars is a pre-made burglar who resides in Riverview in The Sims 3. He is one of the few pre-made Sims to only have one trait. He doesn't have any skills and relationships at the start of the game. He is easily recognizable by his shades and has a buzz cut. If he is given a longer hairstyle in CAS, it can be seen that his hair color is black with blue streaks. His female counterpart is Julie Singer.
