Apartments[edit source]
It would be cool if Sims could purchase an apartment and instead of renting them. And then the other townies could buy their apartments in the building. Still if it had been that way, the game wouldn't have turned out as well. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 09:59, December 11, 2013 (UTC)

Sims 3[edit source]
In The Sims 3: University Life they added the Apartment lot assignment. (at least I think it was UI) But so far this page hasn't been updated to include information for Sims 3 Apartments. I request someone to add new info for the page. (I'd do it myself but I don't know what an apartment needs, hence the info request) ZinnLavender (talk) 03:39, January 23, 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, I'm aware of that as well. But this article has covered Apartment Life apartment in major ways. I'd like it better if we separate the apartment for University Life in "Apartment (The Sims 3)" article. Nikel Talk – Vote! 05:50, January 24, 2014 (UTC)
Apartment in colleges?[edit source]
"Apartment buildings can be placed in the base neighborhood, downtowns, and business districts, but cannot be placed or made in colleges or vacation destinations." I am not sure about this statement because I remember placing an apartment in one of my colleges. I don't think that it was a result of any mods.
