Veronica Jeffress is one of the pre-made NPC exterminators who resides in the Free Play version of Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. The other two exterminators are Stephan Wade and Edward Nott. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Veronica has medium-length brown hair in a ponytail, light blue eyes, and tanned skin.

She is a Popularity Sim with the Leo zodiac sign. As far as personality, Veronica is somewhat active, and a little bit neat, outgoing, and playful. But she is somewhat grouchy. When it comes to Veronica's skill points, she is close to maximizing the body skill, and is well on the way towards maximizing the logic skill. She is mostly interested in Environment, Politics, Sports, and Work.

Veronica has the same facial structure as Carmen Patch, a fellow exterminator from Pleasantview. The two of them look almost identical, except that Veronica has brown hair, light blue eyes, and tanned skin, while Carmen has black hair, green eyes, and light skin.

Sometimes if she is made playable, her PlumbBob will be inside her, instead of above her head. This happens with several other NPCs in Life Stories. Veronica's turn ons/offs are randomized at the start of the game. It is only referenced in the game files that she has no turn ons/offs.
