Billy Caspian is a faded artist living in Riverview, the second town in The Sims 3. His mentor, Hank Ferdinand, guided Billy to his artistic skills, but the story shows he disappeared. The gravestone for Hank Ferdinand in the cemetary reveals that Hank died of starvation. Billy seems somewhat lost and is trying to become the artist that Hank used to be. He has 4 points in painting skill.
