Bluewater Village is a sub-neighborhood in The Sims 2: Open For Business expansion pack. Bluewater Village can be added to all neighborhoods and played separately in each. There are seven pre-created families in Bluewater Village. Five already have homes and two are in the family bin. Bluewater Village doesn't really have a neighborhood story, as the main idea is for the residents to make money and expand their businesses. The community lots are all designed to be run as owned businesses. All deceased Bluewater sims can be resurrected in game ,though none have graves.

Tinker
Stephen Tinker and his wife Wanda began a toy business in their backyard, and hope their daughter Melody will continue with the shop.
Ramirez
Checo Ramirez, his wife Lisa, and his daughter Tessa own a furniture shop.
Landgraab
Malcolm Landgraab IV is incredibly wealthy, owning a dance club and an electronics store.
Delarosa
Florence Delarosa lives alone, and runs a flower shop in her home.
Jacquet
Gilbert Jacquet and his mother Denise own a bakery.
Gieke
Chester Gieke is well, a geek.
Larson
The twins Jason and Jodie Larson have moved out of their parents' house and are ready to start a business.
The Gieke and Larson families are in the family bin, and can be moved into any non-college sub-neighborhood, or into the base neighborhood.
