She has the same facial structure as Marisa Bendett from Pleasantview. She shares her last name with Brian Ng, a police officer from Riverblossom Hills. A relation between the two of them is unknown.
As far as personality, Carmen is quite playful and somewhat nice. But she is somewhat sloppy, shy, and lazy. When it comes to her skills, Carmen is halfway towards maximizing the cooking skill, and slightly over halfway towards maximizing the logic and creativity skills. But she doesn't have a particularly high level in any of her other skills. She is mostly interested in Weather, Sports, Entertainment, and Work. Despite her career, Carmen isn't interested in Food.
