Chastity Gere ( Listen  /ˈtʃæstɪti ɡɪər/) is one of the pre-made playable Sims, who resides in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She resides in a house with her roommate Gabriel Green. Chastity is friends with Kimberly Cordial, and was formerly in a relationship with Carlos Contender. Her Aspiration is Romance, and she works as an Executive Assistant in the Business career. She is voiced by Zoe Galvez.

Chastity is 27 days from being an elder when the family is first played. Her name is a pun on a "chastity belt or gear", a belt used by females to symbolize their restriction to WooHoo, which is quite ironical to Chastity's character liking liaison. Another possible meaning for her name is "pure" from the Latin "castus". In Chastity's family tree, there is one unknown Sim, possibly a result of deletion.

Sometimes, Chastity has a strange glitch that prevents her from getting married, and will only be engaged no matter how many times the player attempts to marry her. She will even gain multiple memories of marriage to the same Sim from this. This will occasionally cause her to become permanently frozen. This was fixed in the subsequent patch
