There are several fictional companies in The Sims series that are mentioned in object descriptions, career chance cards, adventures and Sim biographies. Like many names in The Sims universe, they can be a play on words relating to the type of object(s) they sell. They may also be plays on the names of real-world companies.
- Arasika Technologies is a company that manufactures hover cars in The Sims 3: Into the Future.
- Big Yard Dudes Inc is a statue manufacturing company known for its very large outdoor statues, which can be purchased by wealthier Sims.
- Brand Name produces low-end kitchen appliances.
- Burger Clown is a fast food restaurant selling burgers found in The Sims: Hot Date. A Burger Clown sign can be found in buy mode. A Burger Clown restaurant can be found Downtown in the non-House Party version of Landgraab Mall.
- Chimeway & Daughters makes pianos.
- Deuxjoint Ltd makes ballet barres.[TS2:FT]
- Exerto is a Sim Corporation that produces body-building equipment such as workout machines and exercise bikes[TS2:FT], as well as body-building career rewards such as the Exerto Punching Bag and the Exerto Selfflog Obstacle Course
- Landgraab Industries and Shiny Things Inc. are businesses owned by the Landgraabs.
- LoFi Audio makes basic "boom box" stereos.
- MorcuCorp is a malicious corporation dedicated to exploiting the region of Al Simhara.
- Neukum Systems makes stereo speakers. It also makes the line of single-channel community lot speakers which appear in The Sims 2 and its expansions.
- ReNuYu makes the ReNuYu Porta-Chug and the ReNuYuSenso Orb.
- Rip Co. is a toy manufacturing company.
- Roof Akcents is a company in that sells roof decorations in The Sims 3: World Adventures.
- Wornable sells secondhand furniture and appliances.
- Wrightway Toys is a toy company.
- Zed's Dizcount Dealz is a seller of used hover vehicles in The Sims 3: Into the Future.
Several fictional car brands are included. Some examples are Yomoshoto, a sedan manufacturer, Vorn, which produces the P238 and the Stallion in The Sims 3, and the luxury, supercar brands Hwang Motors and Margaret.
