Diana DeBore is a pre-made playable adult Sim from Garden Heights, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Pet Stories. She is the main antagonist in the Best in Show story. Diana has a pet poodle named Precious and together they are reigning champions of the local annual SimCity Dog Show for the last three years. Diana is also a wealthy Business Tycoon who owns many lots in Garden Heights. These include: 1322 McKenzie Road (her home), DeBore's Pet Store, Playground for Precious and Vista Strip Mall. She first appears in the story when she visits Alice Whitt with her loyal henchmen, Reece Mustella and Brock Thornton. Diana tells Alice that she is facing eviction in two weeks if she fails to pay her debt of §120,000 and plans on purchasing the ground. Alice then says she will find a way to pay off the debt and asks Diana to leave.
When Alice decides to participate in the dog show with her dog Sam, Diana tells her that there's no way she'll win but Alice says they're going to be the best and keep the house. Alice's friend Thomas Jones worked for Diana, but she fires him because he was helping Alice. She also evicts him from his home.
Diana seems to see a possible rival in Alice and Sam and to make sure they can't beat her and Precious in the dog show, she orders Reece Mustella to kidnap Sam. Her plan fails however, because Brock Thornton, tells Alice that Sam is being held in the Abandoned House. Alice and Thomas then rescue Sam.
Next day, Diana shows up saying that she might offer her condolences after hearing Sam got dognapped. Alice tells her Sam has been return. Diana says that if Alice beats her she'll get the deed to the house, believing that the chance of that happening is close to none. Diana also tells Alice that it was never her intention to sell her the house back. Diana then notices the obsidian paw from her former dog show rival Otis Fielding, who was the reigning champion with his dog Jake before she and Precious beat them, and decides to steal it. She might think it helps Alice and Sam in some way.
On the dog show day, the final takes place at Bartholomew Greens. Before Alice competes in the show, Diana tells her that Thomas will never find a home in town as long as Alice is around and that she'll demolish her house after winning the show. Alice then competes with a good result. Diana participates next and seems to be winning easily, but then, to all surprise, Precious falls from an obstacle and runs off, disqualifying them, meaning that Alice and Sam got the most points at the show and win the competition. When Alice receives the prize, Diana claims that Alice had sabotaged her performance by tempering with the obstacle. Then Thomas shows up with the police, who arrest Diana for extortion, conspiracy, embezzlement and dognapping and Alice receives the deed to the house and the prize money for winning the dog show.
Despite the story implying Diana was sent to jail, she and Precious become playable from their home after the story is finished.
Diana has the Fortune aspiration and the Scorpio zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, Diana is extremely neat and active, and quite outgoing. But also extremely serious and grouchy. When it comes to her skill points, Diana has high charisma, logic, and creativity skills, and low cooking, body, cleaning, and mechanical skills. Her main interests are Money, Animals, and Fashion.
Strangely, Diana doesn't have memories about climbing her career or obtaining Precious.
