Kade Curious was the son of Nikto Curious and River Curious and the younger brother of Sarah Beaker. He is the only alien-looking and youngest Sim of his generation.

Later in life Kade married Malta Curious and had twin boys Yah and Matteo Curious with her.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Babyhood[edit | edit source]

Kade's birth has led to a few controversies. Besides being a lot younger than most of his peers of the third generation, it also seemed like the end of the Curious alien-genes before he showed up. Despite all that, were his fathers Nikto and River thrilled to have him around. Especially the latter was glad to see that the green glow he fell for with his partner was given to his little baby boy. Although slightly grossed out by her parents' late love-making, his sister Sarah did see why Kade made such a cute little spectacle.

Toddlerhood[edit | edit source]

Although Nikto and River try their best, things don't go down as easy as they did when Sarah was younger. With a lot of cracking knees, stumbling on floors and pulling themselves up on furniture they teach Kade his toddler skills. As River makes sure that Kade can walk and talk like a champ, Nikto is on a mission so he never has to change one more diaper. Kade does tend to get a lot of attention from the parents in the household, as most of the others are teenagers and don't want anything to do with thier parents anymore. This to much joy of Kade, who loves all the hugs, snuggles and kisses he gets from his family.

Childhood[edit | edit source]

When Kade is old enough to get to school, it quickly becomes obvious that public school is nothing for him. Half of his days he spends bored out of his mind as he has already finished all his homework. Nikto and River, impressed but slightly unsure what to do, offer to put him into private school, to which he accepts. He still aces everything at private school, but has more opportunities to get challenged in other ways, like escaping sports during recess or PA classes. He misses out on becoming friends with kids around his age as most of them think he is too dorky. He doesn't get too much time with friends at home either as most family members are either too old or too young to hang out with. Also his sister seems to occupied with her new boyfriend to really hang with him.

Teenhood[edit | edit source]

Moving on to high school and still aces his education, Kade decides to find his entertainment somewhere else; he tries his best to find some friends and possibly dates. He meets Alexander Goth and is immediately fascinated by his sad energy. The two become friends and even end up dating each other, as Kade is fascinated with Alexander's life, while Alexander is fascinated with his.

At this time his sister Sarah encourages him to go to university, which he doesn't really care for at first. But then he realizes that it will open up a whole other world full of people that might just be as fascinating as himself and Alexander. He applies to a bunch of universities and ask Alexander to do the same. Even though Kade was accepted in some of the top universities in the world, he decides to go together with Alexander to La Fiesta Tech. His fathers are both very emotional when they drop him off, while Kade teases them it's only a few hours by car.

Young Adulthood[edit | edit source]

Hoping to find more lost souls Kade majors in philosophy, but quickly gets overwhelmed by the incredible amount of lost Sims on campus. He is grateful that Alexander is around and even kind of misses his fathers a little bit. He aces college just like he did high school and although he gets challenged a lot more, he still things that some of the classes are too boring and easy. In one of his missions of missing another lost soul, he stumbles upon Malta Landgraab, a suspiciously similarly looking alien who is not part of her family. Both surprised by their similar looks the two bond and create a great friendship, much to the disapproval of Alexander. Kade laughs it off stating that while he really likes Malta they simply get along because they come from the same place.

For the next coming semesters, Kade seems to be getting more and more annoyed with Alexander's jealousy over his friendship with Malta, and the two have a fight ending with Alexander storming off and leaving campus. Thinking he will be back, Kade thinks not much of it and assumes Alexander is just being dramatic. Now with Alexander's negative energy not on campus, Kade realizes that his life is a lot better this way and sees the support he is getting from Malta, which he never got from Alexander.

Although he feels guilty about it, Kade falls in love with Malta and she answers his love. When Kade has not heard anything from Alexander at graduation, he sees this at a sign and suggests to Malta that they should move in together after graduation. Both his parents and his sister were there for graduation and he was incredibly ashamed, but secretly proud of all their crying. He was excited to introduce Malta to them, and they embraced her with open arms into their family.

Adulthood[edit | edit source]

Moving back to Strangetown, Kade and Malta find a home close to his sister Sarah and they become neighbors. Still not having heard anything from Alexander, Kade finally fully closes that chapter and proposes to Malta. She says yes and the two marry in a small but beautiful ceremony. Although Kade had invited Alexander, he did not show up to the wedding.

Thanks to his degree, Kade got a great job in the journalism career and found a passion for writing. Malta and himself were career passionate Sims, but also wanted to start their family. Malta was expecting to much joy of his parents. Unfortunately both of them died shortly before the birth of their twins Yah and Matteo Curious.

Kade loves being a father a lot more than he expected, he teaches Yah his toddler skills and loves spending time with the two boys, transferring his knowledge and see the world through the eyes of learning souls once again. When it comes to education, Kade follows the Curious tradition and puts both of them in private school.

Even though they are neighbors, he sees his sister Sarah and his other family members less than he had hoped for, but often blamed it on his own and their busy lives.

Elderhood[edit | edit source]

With his boys growing up into men and his writing career being more successful than he could ever dream of, Kade decides to retire and spend his last few years with his wife Malta. He is happy to see that Matteo found his wife in high school sweetheart Kendal Lawson, but wonders why Yah has not made his move on his girlfriend Tina Roennigke yet.

Imagine his surprise when Yah finally told him that he was dating no one but Alexander Goth. At first Kade was grossed out and confused, but after lots of explaining and promising that neither Yah nor Alexander knew how they were related to Kade, he realized that there was nothing he could do about it. Although not thrilled about his son's relationship he gave Yah and Alexander his blessing. When Kade met Alexander again after all these years, he did try to bring up what went wrong all these years ago, but Alexander shut him down and told him that whatever is in the past and he would like to move on with his new relationship.

Both Yah and Matteo got married to their partners close after each other and not long after that Yah and Alexander announce that they are expecting. When little Max was born, Matteo and Kendal announced their pregnancy and gave birth to baby girl Mara. Kade loved being around the little bundles, as they reminded him so much of his own boys. Malta and himself loved being grandparents and babysat the kids as much as they could. Kade died peacefully of old age in his sleep.
