Biography
Along with his siblings, Kieynan has been a public figure since his infancy. The least serious and most adventurous of his siblings, his affinity for partying hard now and worrying about the consequences later often landed him on the front page of tabloids from Del Sol Valley to Strangerville and eventually led to Quentin's conception. The birth of his son flipped a switch in his brain; he settled down with Gwyneth, moved his family to Oasis Springs, and began taking his career seriously. But somewhere deep down, he's still yet to convince himself the inner hard-partying wild child is a Kieynan of the past.

Kieynan Kiah is a Sim living in the newly renovated town of Newcrest. Along with his wife and best friend Gwyneth Kiah, he resides at Hillside Highlands, one of the three houses in the Ridgeline Drive neighborhood. At the beginning of the game, Kieynan is seven days away from becoming an Elder.

Like his wife and his son, Quentin, Kieynan is a particularly artistic Sim; having mastered the Piano skill before the birth of his son, he served as a musical muse and inspiration to his son, who would eventually make a career of his virtuosity. Kieynan is a prolific actor. Born into fame, he is signed with the G.R.A.N Talent Agency and employed as a Superstar when first played, and has already mastered Charisma while nearing mastery of Acting. Initially having chosen the Party Animal Aspiration, he has since switched to Master Actor, completing the first three stages and having already placed a Celebrity Tile on Starlight Boulevard. He is one of two five-star celebrities in Newcrest, along with his wife; his preset fame quirks are "Fan Mail", "Paparazzi Darling", "No Touching", and "A Stan."

Kieynan carries a copy of his wife's book Eden, a microphone, and a Starlight Accolade in his inventory. Though he did not attend university, he possesses an honorary degree in Drama from the University of Britechester.

• Kieynan's name, character, personality, and appearance are loosely modeled after that of celebrity Keiynan Lonsdale.
