Eva Owen Richest (more commonly known as Mrs. Richest) is an elderly woman who was born and raised in Sunset Valley, then moved to Pleasantview and lived the rest of her life there. She is similar to Mrs. Crumplebottom in some aspects.

Life
Child years (The Sims 3)
Eva lived in Sunset Valley, in this time she was at care of Kendal Lawson, since she is an orphan. They were best friends. Eva was known in the neighborhood for being a very gifted child, though not very popular, she was envied by other children for being such genius. She realised things that other children couldn't even think of. Eva was strongly hated by Darlene Bunch, and they got into fights many times. Although, Eva had the support of two intelligent children, also, Mortimer Goth and Bella Bachelor, who her friends of her. Eva's main interests included playing chess. Eva became less interested in school by this time, even though she had the genius trait, she got a D- report card, her teachers were surprised and tried to help, till she got the A+ report card!! Kendal Lawson prepared a birthday party for her, in their house, it was amazing and full of life!! She grew up well into a teen.

Teen years (The Sims 3)
Eva got the ambitious trait when she grew up into a teen. Unfortunately, Kendal Lawson was stuck by a Meteor which fell from the sky, while she was recycling the paper. Eva was shocked by this event, and she began to wear all dark color, still rather a classical style than a gothic one. Eva had excellent school report cards by this time. She grew up well, although she did not even have her first romance, because she found boys very, very suspicious and immature.

Adult years (The Sims 3)
Eva grew up very well, though with no lovers or friends (since her nanny had died recently). She got the Bookworm trait, and she was very interested in reading, mainly science fiction books. She moved out of her house to live in huge and large '20 mansion. The house was wonderful and well decorated, it contained 10 rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 5 bathrooms, a personal cemetery and a huge dining room. Although she had no family to live in such large house, and it was quite haunting to live on there with no more people. She was many times panicked by the idea of being robbed or murdered and never be seen again, to make herself feel better she bought a cat, named "Brandy", she loved her so much, but she quickly died for unknown reasons, leaving Eva heartbroken. Eva decided to improve her skills, since she was so intelligent she had to use it. She mastered her Logic skill and got a career at Science, and she was the first woman of her neighborhood to do it, since this job was said not to be "proper for women" but she did not care about this stereotype, male scientists couldn't deny, she was making an excellent job, and she reached level 7, very quickly. This gave to many women the confidence that they were as capable as men to hold a job in Science career, and soon 30% of scientists were female. She lived her adult years in her giant house, alone, though she had hired a maid, Dellia Fye, to clean her house, soon they developed friendship relationship, she was the only friend of Eva.

Elder years (The Sims 2)
Afer aged into an elder, Eva left Sunset Valley, and moved into Pleasantview, her maid had just died stuck by a satellite before she moved in. She met Richard Meliiye, who was a lovely young guy, they married, and adopted daughter, the cute Susan. After this Eva retired reached level 10 in her career and retired. Thankfully she taught all toddler skills to Susan, while Richard enjoyed himself planning parties, and going to the hot tub with Nina Caliente and several other women. Eva didn't want to believe that Richard was cheating on her, even though the evidence was supportive, she loved him too much. By this time, Mrs. Richest got much excited by Science, and it became her favorite hobby, and she was then invited to a secret lot. While this happened her husband went to Three Lakes, it was a vacation to work, at least she believed so. When she discovered about her distand friend, Mortimer Goth's success on Science, she competed and they lost the friendship and became enemies and scientifical rivals.
When Susan grew up, Mrs. Richest bought her many expensive clothes for her, they became inseparable and Eva was quite glad to hear that her daughter was as interested in science as she was, though Susan liked Music and Dance as well.
Mrs. Richest discovered a flower with a love message from Bella Goth to Richard, this made some tension in the household, but they amended their relationship. But Richard quickly commited the same mistake and made out with Nina Caliente while Eva was spying on them. This was the end, and Eva perceived that he was just a gold digger and only wanted her money to spend on parties. She divorced him. She and her daughter were furious and started to cooperate to ruin Richard's life.
Mrs. Richest then invited the headmaster, she made a delicious meal for him to eat and this was enough in order to make Susan being accepted in private school. Susan then got the best grades at school and started to make friends, while this happened Eva explored through the telescope and this resulted in her abduction by aliens.
Mrs. Richest gave Susan a television for her excellent grades. Then she bought the cowplant which she considers a cute plant, but she feared that her daughter's unexperience when it came to Science could make the cowplant eat her, so she kept it away from her daughter.
Her daughter organized her birthday party, unfortunately only the adults attend to the party, and while Eva enjoyed herself with her new friends, the scientist Cassandra Goth, Susan did not. However she grew up very well and became a Family Sim. Susan also changed much her appearance, she started to wore a long blue flowery dress, her hair shorter and was dyed brown with blonde highlights.
She also made a new friend after going to Downtown, this friend was Mrs. Crumplebottom, she was as grumpy as her and they wore very similar clothing, they really got along, but one difference was that Mrs. Crumplebottom was more family-oriented, while Mrs. Richest was more knowledge-oriented. They both enjoyed a cup of tea and a long conversation.
Her daughter started to fear her death, so Mrs bought the Elixir of Life and drank it, and rejuvenated a bit, this comforted her daughter.
Mrs enjoyed Cassandra as friend, she invited, she was already married to Darren Dreamer, however she didn't get along with him, while Susan had fun with Darren's son, Dirk. Mrs realized that her daughter was in love with Dirk, she was behaving in a totally new way, however this love led Susan to sneak out one night. She was brought back by police, and Mrs understood her, after all she was a teenager.
By the time Susan broke off the relationship she had with Dirk, she thought of going to college and she got 3 scholarships to do so. Her mother couldn't believe, she was very proud of her daughter. Susan chose to go to Académie Le Tour, and her father took her there while Mrs cried her move out, Susan and Richard had already forgave each other by this time.
Therefore Mrs was alone now. As alone she had much free time, but she didn't really know what do with it. Her old but charmy butler, Zack Carr was trying to win her heart and they eventually grew a strong bond and a crush on each other.
