The other two exterminators are Ravi Grundstrom and Kenneth Johnston. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Frances has medium-length red hair tied into a ponytail, dark blue eyes and dark skin. She is a Romance Sim with the Libra zodiac sign. As far as personality, Frances is very playful and somewhat nice. But she is somewhat lazy, and quite sloppy and shy.
