He lives with his wife, Hannah, their son, Daniel, and his sister-in-law, Sharon Wirth. Issac works in the entertainment career as a mime. He wishes he could balance his career and his family.

Issac has level 6 enthusiasm in the Film and Literature hobby, with a membership to Desirable Discourse. He also has level 1 enthusiasm in Arts and Crafts, which is his predestined hobby. Although he works as a Mime in the Entertainment career, his Lifetime Want is to become a World Class Ballet Dancer. This is somewhat mixed up with Sharon's Lifetime Want to become a Prestidigitator.

According to his memories, Issac is Best Friends Forever with Victor Aspir, his neighbor. However, they are only set as Best Friends. He is also friends with Victor's family members. Oddly, Issac's memories state that when he was teen, he had his first kiss with Elizabeth Aspir, Victor's wife, while Victor had his first kiss with Hannah, Issac's wife. Nevertheless, they still have a good relationship, as Issac is friends with Elizabeth.

Issac's memories are a bit strange. Like many Desiderata Valley residents, he has a memory of growing up from a baby to a toddler, even though Sims who grow into toddlers in-game do not receive a memory of it. He also has a positive memory of growing up badly when he became a child, even though that is normally a negative memory. The memory may refer to his deceased father, Bartholomew, or to Hannah's deceased father, Samuel, and all his memories from when he was child will incorrectly refer to that Sim. Though he's in love with Hannah, he has no memory of kissing her.

Issac's name is spelled "Isaac" in his bio, and it is possible that "Issac" is a typo. Players can correct this with SimPE or objects such as the InSimenator or Sim Blender, if they choose to. When the family is first played, Issac is 21 days from becoming an elder. He is very close to becoming fat. Issac is voiced by David Boat.
