Like all townies in The Sims 2: Seasons, her relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game. Jane has the same facial structure as Renee Andrews from Veronaville. There is no evidence that she is related to any of the Ivy Copur townies.
As far as personality, Jane is very active, and quite outgoing. But she is a little bit sloppy, as well as being very serious and grouchy. When it comes to her skill points, Jane is on her way towards maximizing the creativity and cleaning skills, but she has a low level in everything else. She is mostly interested in Food, Culture, Fashion, Crime, Sports, and Work. Ironically, despite her aspiration, Jane isn't interested in Money.
