Kiera Fancey is one of the pre-made NPC carpool drivers who resides in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. The other two carpool drivers are Sabastian Go and Seth Goldman. Kiera is the most common carpool driver of the three. Like all carpool drivers, she can't be made playable without cheats. Kiera has long blonde hair, dark blue eyes, and light skin. She is a Knowledge Sim with the Virgo zodiac sign. As far as personality, Kiera is quite active, somewhat outgoing, and a little bit playful. But she is somewhat sloppy and quite grouchy.

When it comes to Kiera's skill points, she is close to maximizing the cooking skill. She is mostly interested in Food and Money. Kiera has the same facial structure as Esther Tse from La Fiesta Tech. She can easily be cloned in Create a Sim with debugging mode on. Kiera shares her surname with Melissa Fancey, and fellow driver Forrest Fancey.
