Leon Cleveland is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He was the son of Marek and Andrea Cleveland, the husband of Cybil Cleveland (née Eltich), the father of Jason Cleveland, and the grandfather of Justin Cleveland. Leon is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. He has the Popularity aspiration, and the Scorpio zodiac sign. As far as personality, Leon is very active, somewhat neat, and a little bit outgoing. But he is quite serious and grouchy.

According to Leon's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was red before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 20 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Leon uses the 6th and 15th Maxis face templates in Create a Sim. The eyebrows, nose, and jaw use the 6th face template, while the ears, eyes, and mouth use the 15th template. Also the face is slightly gaunter than on the default face. Leon's SimDNA in SimPE shows that he carries the recessive allele for light blue eyes. Also his dominant skin tone range is for light skin, while his recessive skin tone range is for medium skin. However Leon's dominant and recessive alleles are for light skin.

Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, he only has Mystery Sim memories. However Leon still has memories of Jason's birth, as well as him getting engaged and married, and meeting his grandson Justin. He has a strange oddity where he and his wife, if resurrected, will be listed as family. Because of this, they won't be able to get married, and will treat each other like blood relatives. The same situation occurs with many of Belladonna Cove's ancestors. This can be easily fixed in SimPE, or with the InSimenator, by adding the love flag to their relationship.

Leon has the same personality as his wife and son. He is mostly interested in Environment, Weather, Culture, and Paranormal, and he is least interested in Food, Money, Fashion, Crime, and Animals. Leon's lifetime want is to become a Hall of Famer. If the player uses the HoodChecker to fix Belladonna Cove and to restore the graves in the neighborhood, it will be discovered that he died a timely death, as he has a golden grave, along with his father.
