Malcolm Landgraab III is a pre-made deceased sim from Bluewater Village. He is the son of Malcolm Landgraab II and Marion Landgraab. He is the husband of Margaret Landgraab, and he is also father of their son, Malcolm Landgraab IV, who resides in Bluewater Village (the shopping district) in The Sims 2 Open for Business. Not much is known about this mysterious man except that he died very young, as an adult.
