Materialistic is a lifestyle trait in The Sims 4. It is only available for teens and older, and conflicts with the freegan[TS4:EL] trait.
"These Sims can Admire and Brag about Possessions and become Sad when they haven't purchased a new item for a period of time."
Attributes[edit | edit source]
- Materialistic Sims will get the "I Love Things!" moodlet when they admire new furniture.
- After the player buys something new, an interaction "Admire" becomes available.
- Materialistic Sims will get the "Stale Surroundings" moodlet when they have old furniture.
- Materialistic Sims can complain about their belongings in their home.
