Melissa Zingel is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during her lifetime in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. She was the wife of Nathan Zingel, the mother of Ruth Bell (née Zingel), the grandmother of Issac Bell, and the great grandmother of Daniel Bell. Melissa is completely resurrectable, even though she doesn't have a grave. She has the Knowledge aspiration, and the Pisces zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Melissa is quite active and nice, and a little bit neat. But she is quite shy and serious. Melissa is one of the few ancestral Sims to die as an adult, so she died a premature death. According to her age data, she had 29 days left in the adult life stage when she died. Melissa's facial structure is almost if not identical to the 4th Maxis face template in Create a Sim.
