Paul Kupyi is one of the pre-made deceased ancestral Sims who resided during his lifetime in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He was the husband of Cecelia Kupyi, the father of Lucia Riley (née Kupyi), the grandfather of Timothy Riley, and the great-grandfather of Sally Riley. Paul is completely resurrectable, even though he doesn't have a grave. He has the Knowledge aspiration, and the Aries zodiac sign.

As far as personality, Paul is very outgoing, somewhat active, and a little bit neat. But he is quite serious and grouchy. According to Paul's SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was brown before it turned grey. According to his age data, he had 16 days left in the elder life stage when he died. Paul's facial structure is almost if not identical to the 2nd Maxis face template in Create a Sim.

Unlike several other married ancestors from Apartment Life who have memories of their spouses, he only has Mystery Sim memories. However Paul still has the memory of Lucia's birth. Because his outfit is only available for adults, his clothes will change upon resurrection. There is a mod that allows adult clothes to be available for elders.
