Fanon Battle 20: Kent Capp (STM) vs Vidcund Curious (STM)[edit source]

A Strangetown native works alongside a Veronaville native on a top-secret science project. Both men have similar genetics, and excellent rapport with Bianca Monty (STM). Both men have also been the (non-nervous) subjects in Hyde's other videos. Regardless of Bianca's choice, assuming she even picks between them in the first place, which of these two do you prefer?

  2. From what I've seen, STM Vidcund can be rather strict, while STM Kent appears more patient. Both adaptions of pre-made Sims worked well, but I'd have to say that I prefer Kent. -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 01:56, October 12, 2014 (UTC)

  2. Both Sims have light blue eyes, blonde hair, sharp facial features, and the knowledge aspiration. But their characters, personalities and back-stories are quite different. They have different skin-tones, and quite different facial features. But they have almost the same nose and similar chins! :) -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 01:56, October 12, 2014 (UTC)
  3. I use default replacements for Tone 1-4 for all my sims. But both STM Kent and Vidcund use custom hairy skins, where Kent's is midway between Tone 1-2, and Vidcund's is closer to Tone 2. "Observer Kent" is strictly Tone 1, though. AldoHyde 04:58, October 12, 2014 (UTC)
  4. Try giving a makeover to Benjamin Long(nose), the Pleasantview townie: give him the same hairstyle / clothes as STM Kent or Vidcund, and see what you get... AldoHyde 04:58, October 12, 2014 (UTC)
  5. Yeah, I knew what was going to happen when I did that. Benjamin Long uses the 14th default face template in Create a Sim. Kent uses roughly the same eyebrows, eyes, mouth and chin, and Vidcund uses roughly the same chin. (All default skin tone replacements in the STM Machinima Series look paler than the default ones to me, and the saturation seems less significant). -- C.Syde (talk | contribs) 05:18, October 12, 2014 (UTC)

  7. Cool. I told you these two are meant to be in the same department. If you have a megahood, Vidcund may even bring Kent home from work, assuming the player gives Kent a job in the Science career. AldoHyde 15:33, October 24, 2014 (UTC)
