Tiara Angelista is a two-star celebrity who lives in Bridgeport, with her mother and best friend forever, Lala. Her father is Reuben Littler, and her step-mother is Renee Littler. She is also the half-sister of Bronson and Deidre Littler. However, Lala is said to have erased all memories of her father, so she doesn't even know about him or her half-siblings. Her father probably left them while Lala was pregnant. She may have gotten the Over-Emotional trait due to the conflict between her father, herself, and her mother. She also has a deceased grandmother, Tatiana, who is buried in the local cemetery.

Tiara works in the Film career track at level 2. She is friends with Lola Belle; disliked by Emmy Starr; and enemies with one of the local burglars, Selena Savage. She is one of few Sims to have freckles, which her sunglasses hide. She has 2 skill points in mixology and 3 skill points in charisma. She has the burglar hidden trait, which gives her the ability to sneak. However, it is unknown whether she uses it.

• She is one of the few pre-made Sims known to have the hidden Burglar trait, and the only one who is known to have it without having any known criminal background. It is unknown who she inherited this trait from. Although, judging by her poor relationship with a town burglar who desires fame, Tiara maybe a reformed burglar herself.
