I have problem, why I always get a permission error message whenever I tried to upload a photo to my pages?

TSP first anniversary special

Sorry for the lack of updates recently, I've been very busy this week, practicing improvisational theatre and generally making a fool of myself, in a good way (And also angry at Wikia for completely breaking JS and MediaWiki pages, forcing users to go through an approval process just to make minor changes. Maddening and bureaucratic.).
