Willow Nigmos (née Muenda) is the deceased sister of Olive Specter. Willow was married to Creon Nigmos, and is the mother of their daughter, Ophelia. She is daughter of Lerato and Peponi Muenda.
Willow is deceased before the game begins, and it is said that she drowned to death. After her death, Willow's daughter, Ophelia, goes to live with her aunt, Olive Specter (Willow's sister). At the start of The Sims 2, Olive is an elder, and Ophelia is a teenager, and they live together in their eerie home in Strangetown (which happens to be haunted by more than a few ghosts).
Everyone expects Olive's money to be inherited by Ophelia following her death, but, surprisingly, the wad of cash is inherited by Olive's son, Nervous Subject, who was taken by child services when he was younger and adopted by Circe and Loki Beaker.
It is suggested that Willow and Olive are actually twins, because they look very much like each other, and sometimes, Nervous and Ophelia will produce twins.
