Cleo Shikibu (クレオ ・シキブ) is a pre-made playable Sim who resides in Riverblossom Hills in The Sims 2: Seasons. She lives with her best friend Patricia Wan. Her aunt Catherine Viejo gave Cleo her old home. When the family is first played, she is 29 days from being an elder.

Cleo is friends with Leod McGreggor, but their relationship is only at the acquaintance level and he doesn't consider her a friend. She has the Fortune Aspiration. Cleo is of Japanese descent on her father's side (and of English descent on her mother's), as her last name, her ancestors' names (Itsumi, Tesuo, Nobutaka) and her appearance shows. Strangely, Cleo has black hair and brown eyes, even though none of her relatives have either of these features (except her aunt, Catherine, who has brown eyes).

Cleo is perceived to be a copy of Dina Caliente from Pleasantview. Both have the same aspiration, are roommates of another female Sim, and are voiced by Gerri Lawlor, although Cleo and Dina do not share any physical similarities. While Dina is already romantically involved with Mortimer Goth, and has a crush on Don Lothario, Cleo doesn't start off with any romances, despite the Maxis story-line pointing her towards starting a romance with Leod.
