There are several fictional companies in The Sims series that are mentioned in object descriptions, career chance cards, adventures and Sim biographies. Like many names in The Sims universe, they can be a play on words relating to the type of object(s) they sell. They may also be plays on the names of real-world companies.

  • Alvar designs vintage, mid-century modern furniture from The Sims 3 Store.
  • Arasika Technologies is a company that manufactures hovercars in The Sims 3: Into the Future.
  • Big Yard Dudes Inc is a statue manufacturing company known for its very large outdoor statues, which can be purchased by wealthier Sims.
  • Brand Name produces low-end kitchen appliances.
  • Bartilli Sons makes stones for Sim cemeteries. It is at the blacksmith house near the Landgraab train station.
  • Burger Clown is a fast food restaurant selling burgers found in The Sims: Hot Date. A Burger Clown sign can be found in buy mode. A Burger Clown restaurant can be found Downtown in the non-House Party version of Landgraab Mall.
  • Chimeway & Daughters makes pianos.
  • Corebital Designs makes various futuristic equipment, like a futuristic bookshelf and all-in-one bathroom in The Sims 3: Into the Future.
  • Crisponix makes refrigerators in The Sims 4.
  • Desert Designs Inc creates the Desert Designs Coffee Table and Desert Designs Sofa of The Sims 3 Store.
  • Deuxjoint Ltd makes ballet barres.[TS2:FT]
  • Exerto is a Sim Corporation that produces body-building equipment such as workout machines and exercise bikes[TS2:FT], as well as bodybuilding career rewards such as the Exerto Punching Bag and the Exerto Selfflog Obstacle Course
  • Regenflex (saukelimarein) is a medical medicine brand that happens with pills. Side effects include tiredness and shyness. Heals 4x the health.
  • Heaveola is a Simlish car company that makes the Landwhale minivan in The Sims 2.
  • Honra is a car company. It is based off of Honda.
  • Hermers is a similar-like brand like Kuzma Electronics.
  • Hwang Motors makes the Hunka 711 supercar in The Sims 2: Nightlife.
  • Kauker Inc. is an electronics company known for the Fun-Kadelic Frequency Stereo System. It is a reference to Robi Kauker, who works as an audio director at Maxis.
  • Korben Computing creates a futuristic arcade machine and arcade table in The Sims 3: Into the Future.
  • Kuzma Appliances is a Japanese brand that sells expensive deep-fryers, stoves, and ovens for restauraunts and homes.
  • Landgraab Industries and Shiny Things Inc. are businesses owned by the Landgraabs.
  • LoFi Audio makes basic "boom box" stereos.
  • Matsuura manufactures the Imposter Type-S convertible in The Sims Bustin' Out. It's likely based on Mitsubishi.
  • McKraken Industries makes "old-time" styled furniture and plumbing in The Sims 3.
  • Microscotch is a technology company in The Sims and The Sims 2. They make the Covetta computer in TS1 and they are mentioned in one of the Chance cards in TS2.
  • Modern Arcology makes a variety of futuristic furniture in The Sims 3: Into the Future.
  • Moneywell is a computer refurbishment company in The Sims 2.
  • MorcuCorp is a malicious corporation dedicated to exploiting the region of Al Simhara.
  • Neukum Systems makes stereo speakers. It also makes the line of single-channel community lot speakers which appear in The Sims 2 and its expansions.
  • Noyin makes cellphones in The Sims 2: University. It is possibly based on Finnish phone manufacturer Nokia.
  • Paltry Predictions, Inc manufactures the Future Cube object.
  • Pear manufactures the ShinyStation XTR computer in The Sims 2. The name is most likely a reference to Apple, Inc.
  • Public Domains makes several boats in The Sims 3: Island Paradise.
  • ReNuYu makes the ReNuYu Porta-Chug and the ReNuYuSenso Orb.
  • ResiStall is a company that creates "public toilet technology" like toilet stalls or port-a-potties in The Sims: Hot Date and The Sims 2. It exists for 80 years at the start of The Sims.
  • Rip Co. is a toy manufacturing company.
  • Roof Akcents is a company in that sells roof decorations in The Sims 3: World Adventures.
  • Schmapple sells and creates kitchen applications in The Sims 4.
  • Sewage Brothers makes toilets and public urinals in The Sims 2.
  • Shiny Things Inc. makes expensive appliances in The Sims and The Sims 2.
  • SubPar is a sandwich place based off of Subway.
  • Soma sells wide-screen televisions and stereos in The Sims and The Sims 2. It also sells portable radios and walkmans in The Sims 2.
  • Smord is a Simlish car company that makes the P328 pickup-truck in The Sims 2: Nightlife. It's based on Ford, and possibly the same company as Vorn.
  • Stäncké designs modern minimalist furniture in The Sims 3 Store.
  • Standard Issue creates dormitory-style furniture in The Sims 3: University Life.
  • Studio Bakonmi is a design studio known for modern furniture, especially their Deluxe series of loveseats, lounges and living chairs. There is one known employee of the company, Simon Tart.
  • SwingarmCo is a company specializing in TVs hanging from the wall. They have been accused of stealing Trottco's television.
  • Trottco sells inexpensive televisions in The Sims and The Sims 2.
  • SimLink sells landline phones and burglar alarms.
  • Vorn is a Simlish car company that makes the P328 and the Stallion in The Sims 3. It is possibly the same company as Smord in The Sims 2.
  • Wornable sells secondhand furniture and appliances.
  • Wornado is a car manufacturer that makes the Triage wagon in The Sims 3.
  • Wrightway Toys is a toy company.
  • Yomoshoto is a Japanese car manufacturer that makes the Evasion sedan and coupe in The Sims 2: Nightlife and The Sims 3. It is based on Toyota.
