A diner is a cheap rabbit hole restaurant found in The Sims 3.

This is the place where you can fill your empty stomach with junk food any time, get a job in the Culinary Career, attend a Cooking class, or attend a weekly eating contest.
At the location you can either have a drink or eat inside. It's remarkably cheaper (unless you have the discount diner lifetime reward or have high enough level in the culinary career) and faster than eating at the bistro, although there seems to be no related wish in eating here and the Sim receives a lower moodlet than if they ate at the bistro.
You may buy a partner's deed for §6,000 and then buy out the property for an additional §18,000. It's the cheapest business to become a partner in, and a good start if you plan to buy out the city as your Sim's retirement plan.

Hogan's Deep-Fried Diner is the basic diner of Sunset Valley, Riverview and Bridgeport in The Sims 3. Its style is that of a classic 1950s diner. In Sunset Valley, it is near the Sunset Institute of Modern Art, the office building, and perhaps conveniently, the hospital. In Riverview, it is located behind Doo Peas Corporate Tower and adjacent to Fort Salas Military Base. In Bridgeport, it is found on its own island accessible only by a linking bridge.

- A T-shirt can be bought from The Sims Style Website with this diner on, but all the lettering on the image of the diner is written in English rather than the native Simlish.[1]

Brunton's Boxcar Diner is the diner for Twinbrook. As its name suggests, it resembles an old-style railroad car or streetcar, which has been remodeled into a diner and which no longer sits on rails. It appears to be smaller in size than the Hogan's Deep-Fried Diners located in Sunset Valley or Riverview. The diner is located across from River Junction Beach Park, and near Twinbrook Foundation Hospital.

Hogan's Deep Sea Diner is a diner in Barnacle Bay[2]. Its name is derived from Hogan's Deep-Fried Diner.
The ship is a restored version of the pirate ship that came with the Sims 2 Bon Voyage.
