Oscar Newbie is a Servo in SimVille. He was activated by Amar Newbie and currently lives with the Newbie family.

Oscar was created, along with his "brother" Roland, with the intention of staying home and tending to the Newbie's large house. This allowed the other Servos to focus on running Amar's businesses, and also allowed them to go on vacation with the other Newbies.^{[n 1]} Oscar seldom leaves the house and spends much of the day cleaning the place, repairing broken objects, and tending to the garden. Because Oscar doesn't need to eat, sleep, or rest, he has plenty of free time left over once his chores are done; he spends most of this time playing games with Roland.

Oscar, along with Roland, is the shiest member of the Newbie family at only four outgoing points. He is similar to Evan in terms of active and playful points.
