Noelle Wilkie is one of the pre-made townies who resides in Four Corners, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Life Stories. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Noelle has long blonde hair, dark blue eyes, and tanned skin. She is employed in the Slacker career as a Party DJ at the start of the game.

As far as personality, Noelle is very outgoing, quite nice, and somewhat playful. But she is very sloppy and lazy. When it comes to her skills, Noelle is well on her way towards maximizing the creativity skill, but she doesn't have a particularly high level in any of her other skills.
