Gameplay descriptions
Office building houses the Journalism, Business, and Video Game Developer[TS3:UL] careers. Sims can also attend a writing class in the building.
This is one of the properties Sims can partner with and own in The Sims 3.
In Bridgeport, Appaloosa Plains, Starlight Shores and Moonlight Falls, Office buildings are combined with the Bistro and thus served as a dual office-bistro building. It is combined with the Bookstore in Isla Paradiso, however.

- The office building in Moonlight Falls, the Van Gould Merchant House & Cafe, presumably belongs to the Van Gould family, even though they don't technically have ownership to the rabbit hole.
