Sally Riley is a pre-made playable child Sim, residing in Belladonna Cove, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. She resides with her father Timothy. Sally's mother died when she was a toddler. The death of a relative is frequently a major fear for toddlers, which is probably why she grew up badly when she became a child.

When Belladonna Cove is first played, Sally is acquainted with Sofia Baldwin, and friends with Etsu and Vivian Cho. Oddly, her father has a memory of moving out of and into their old house, but Sally only has the memory of moving in. When the family is first played, Sally is 7 days from being a teenager.

Unusually for a child, she already has a lifetime want. However, when she grows up and chooses an aspiration, her lifetime want will change. This is also true of Xander Roth, Daniel Bell, and Pauline Aspir. If the player gives her the Knowledge aspiration, there is a chance that her lifetime want will not change.
