Dagmar Midlock is one of the pre-made NPC bartenders who resides in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. The other two bartenders are Ratna Bruenig and Bruce Kimbrell. She can be made playable by befriending and asking her to move in, or by marrying her. Dagmar has short brown hair, grey eyes and tanned skin. She is a Knowledge Sim with the Virgo zodiac sign. As far as personality, Dagmar is somewhat active and playful. But she is extremely sloppy, quite shy, and somewhat grouchy.

Often going unnoticed, Dagmar has 19 personality points instead of the usual 25. When it comes to her skill points, she has maximized the charisma skill, and is on her way towards maximizing the mechanical skill. She is mostly interested in Paranormal and Crime. Dagmar has the same facial structure as Holly Andersen. Sometimes if she is made playable, her PlumbBob will be inside her, instead of above her head. This happens with several other NPCs in The Sims 2. Dagmar's pre-destined hobby is Arts and Crafts.
